I’m incredibly grateful to have been awarded a grant from the Music Australia Export Development Fund for Professional and Artistic Development.
This grant will support my attendance at the *Bang on a Can Summer Music Festival at MASS MoCA as a composer fellow next month. I’m so excited to spend three weeks in North Adams, Massachusetts, immersed in new music along with seven other composers from around the world alongside 22 performer fellows. My new work for chamber ensemble, bubble, will be premiered at LOUD Weekend at MASS Moca (Jul 31 – 2 Aug), which wraps up the festival.
I know I’ll be learning a lot over these three weeks and discovering a tonne of amazing new music!
